What we build

Six things. All of them shipped before, not pitched.

Most studios stop at the website. We keep going, because the website is rarely the thing costing you money. The missed call is. The quote nobody chased is. The form somebody retypes into three systems is.

01

Websites

Fast, written like a person wrote it, built to be found. No page builder sludge, no 4 second load.

from $3,400

02

Platforms

Real software. Logins, roles, a database, dashboards, payments. The thing a spreadsheet stopped being able to do.

from $28,000

03

AI on your site

A chat agent trained on your business, your prices, your bookings. It captures the lead and texts you. Not a FAQ widget.

from $2,600 + $290/mo

04

AI receptionist

Answers the phone when you are under a sink or in a consult. Qualifies, books, sends you the notes. Works at 9pm.

from $3,900 + $590/mo

05

Automations

The admin you do twice a day because two systems will not talk. Wired up once, then it just runs.

from $900 + $190/mo

06

Your own system

When off-the-shelf will not bend to how you actually work. Internal software built around your process, not the other way round.

from $42,000

How it works

Four steps. You know the price before anything is built.

Step 01

Brief

Twenty minutes on a call. What it has to do, who it is for, what happens today when it goes wrong.

Step 02

Plan and fixed price

A written scope with one number and one date on it. If we get the estimate wrong, that is our problem, not a variation.

Step 03

Build in the open

A live link from week one. You watch it get built instead of waiting six weeks for a reveal you then have to argue with.

Step 04

Stay on

Launch is the middle, not the end. We keep building on a monthly plan, and you can stop any time after the first term.

The work

Three platforms, built and running.

Not mockups. Not concepts. These are live products with real databases, real logins and real people in them, built end to end by the person you would be hiring.

Live

Platform · NDIS care admin

CiaraLink

Care administration for Australian disability providers. Rostering, shift notes, participant records, compliance and incident management, across six role dashboards from provider admin down to guardian. Data sits in Sydney behind row level security. There is an AI agent inside the product that drives the interface for staff.

Mirey

A premium AI assistant for the life admin nobody has time for. It remembers what matters, prepares the next thing, and then asks. The approval gate is the whole product: it never books, sends or pays anything on its own, and every consent is recorded. One plan, A$199 a month.

The Study Brief

An Australian study platform built on a single idea: you need to practise, not revise. Students take real questions in subject workshops and get tutor-style feedback back, across high school, VCE and HSC, TAFE, university and professional. Marketing site and real accounts are live, the product is still being built.

Automations

The money is not in the website. It is in what the website never did.

Every one of these is a specific job that costs you money every week right now. We checked eight Australian agencies. Six of these ten, not one of them sells at all. Prices are setup plus monthly, ex GST.

After-hours phone cover

Rare

An AI receptionist answers every call you miss between 5pm and 8am, takes the job details, and texts you the summary before you wake up.

Who buys it: Plumbers, sparkies, HVAC, locksmiths, tow operators. Anyone with a 24 hour promise on the van.

Six missed jobs a month at $400 each is $28,800 a year walking to the next name on Google.

$3,900 setup, then $590/mo

Missed call text back

Nobody else sells this

Any call you do not pick up gets an SMS within 30 seconds asking what they need, and their reply lands in your inbox as a lead.

Who buys it: Any small business with a mobile number on the truck. Mechanics, cleaners, gardeners, brokers.

A caller who gets voicemail rings the next business inside a minute. Nobody leaves messages any more.

$900 setup, then $190/mo

Quote chaser

Nobody else sells this

Every quote you send gets chased three times over 14 days by text and email, and stops the second they reply or accept.

Who buys it: Builders, glaziers, landscapers, roofers, cabinet makers. Anyone quoting $3,000 plus.

Twenty open quotes a fortnight is half a day of phone time nobody has, so nobody does it.

$2,400 setup, then $290/mo

Rebooking and no-show recovery

Nobody else sells this

Chases the appointment nobody rebooked, fills the gap when someone cancels, and reminds them the day before so the chair is not empty.

Who buys it: Dental, physio, chiro, podiatry, salons, and mechanics running log book reminders.

An empty chair is $180 to $300 gone and it never comes back. Three recovered slots a week covers it.

$2,900 setup, then $340/mo

Intake once

Rare

One form fills every system. Client details go into the CRM, the practice software, a named folder and the welcome email, typed once.

Who buys it: NDIS providers, allied health, small law firms, accountants, support coordinators.

Fifteen minutes of retyping per client across three systems, plus the transposed phone number nobody catches.

$4,800 setup, then $390/mo

Site agent that books

Rare

A chat agent trained on your actual prices, services and service area that takes the job and puts it in your calendar instead of collecting an email address.

Who buys it: Service businesses with a real booking calendar. Clinics, trades, tutors, studios.

A contact form is a lead that arrives three hours late and half dead.

$2,600 setup, then $290/mo

Meeting to file note

Nobody else sells this

Record the meeting or the site visit, get a structured file note and an action list in your system before you have driven back to the office.

Who buys it: Law firms, accountants, support coordinators, building surveyors, property managers.

For a support coordinator that is 4 to 6 unbillable hours a week written at 9pm from memory.

$3,400 setup, then $440/mo

Enquiry triage for real estate

Nobody else sells this

Every portal enquiry gets answered in 60 seconds, qualified, and booked into the next inspection without an agent touching it.

Who buys it: Independent real estate offices and property management teams in Melbourne.

You pay the portal for the lead, then lose it to response time while the buyer books three other inspections.

$4,200 setup, then $490/mo

Compliance chase

Nobody else sells this

Tracks every worker screening, first aid, police check and insurance expiry, chases the worker at 30, 14 and 7 days, and escalates when they ignore it.

Who buys it: NDIS providers, aged care, labour hire. Anyone rostering workers with mandatory checks.

One expired screening rostered on a shift is an audit finding. The spreadsheet is always three weeks stale.

$3,600 setup, then $390/mo

Review engine

Rare

Sends a review request by SMS the moment a job is marked complete, and routes anything unhappy to your phone privately first.

Who buys it: Trades, clinics, cafes, gyms, mechanics. Anyone whose next customer reads Google first.

Going from 11 reviews to 60 changes which business gets rung first in the map pack, with no ad spend.

$1,400 setup, then $190/mo

AI model and telephony usage is billed at cost with the provider invoice attached, so there is no markup and no surprise. Most of these sit between $20 and $90 a month in usage. Any of them can be bundled into a monthly plan instead of paid up front.

Pricing

Websites from $3,400. An AI receptionist from $3,900.

The short answer

A 5 page site is $3,400 and goes live in 10 business days. A 12 page business site is $7,400. A platform with logins and a database starts at $28,000. An AI receptionist that answers after hours is $3,900 to set up and $590 a month. Ongoing care runs $249 to $1,650 a month. All Australian dollars, excluding GST.

We checked eight Australian agencies before setting these. Six of them will not publish a price for their own work. If a studio will not put a number on its own website, the number is whatever they think you can pay.

What you are really choosing between

Price is the easy question. The one that costs people is who holds the keys when it goes wrong.

No big cheque

A real site, on a plan.

Some businesses need a proper website and are not going to sign a $6,500 invoice this month. Fair enough. Pay monthly instead, and we build it up front anyway. Hosting, support and changes are in the price. Twelve month minimum, then month to month. After month 12 you can buy the code for $1,200 and take it anywhere, which is the part nobody else in this market will put in writing.

Who you are hiring

One person, and he does the actual work.

Bulent, founder of Synora Tech, in Melbourne
Bulent · Founder · Melbourne

I am Bulent. I build websites, platforms and AI systems out of Melbourne, and I am the one who writes the code. There is no account manager, no offshore team, no junior learning on your budget.

Most of what agencies sell as AI is a chat bubble that reads your FAQ page. I have shipped the other kind: a care platform that Australian disability providers run their rostering and compliance on, a subscription AI assistant with a hard approval gate, and voice agents that answer a real phone number and book a real job. That is the reason I can quote this work honestly. I have already had to make it survive contact with actual users.

The part most people care about: I stay. Launch is the middle of the job. Sites rot, prices change, a new service gets added, an integration breaks at 6pm on a Friday. We work together until you decide you would rather not.

Before you ask

The six questions that usually stall this.

How long does it actually take?

Launch sites go live in 14 days. Business sites take 4 to 6 weeks. Platforms take 8 to 12. The date goes in the scope with the price, and if we slip, we tell you the week it happens rather than the week before launch.

Who owns it at the end?

You do. Domain, hosting account, code, content, all in your name. On the $299 monthly plan the site becomes yours outright after 24 months. We do not hold anything hostage to keep you on a retainer, because a retainer you cannot leave is not a service, it is a hostage situation.

What if I want to leave?

Monthly plans run month to month after the first term. Give 30 days and we hand over everything, documented, in a state another developer can pick up. No exit fee, no lock-in clause.

Do I have to take a monthly plan?

No. Buy the build and walk. Most people take Care anyway because someone has to patch the thing, renew the certificate and keep the backups, and if that person is you, it will not happen.

Can you take over a site somebody else built?

Usually yes. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, a custom build somebody abandoned. We audit it first and tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing or whether you are paying to keep something alive that should be replaced.

What does AI actually do for my business?

Concretely: it answers the calls you miss, it replies to the enquiries that come in at 10pm, it chases the quote you forgot about, and it stops you retyping the same job details into three systems. If none of those are costing you money, you do not need it and we will say so.

Start a brief

Tell us what it has to do.

Thirty minutes on a call and you get three named leaks with a dollar figure on each, sent as a one-pager, yours to keep whether you hire us or not. If it turns into work, you get a written scope with one price and one date on it. No discovery invoice, no 40 page proposal, no follow-up sequence.

Opens your mail app. Or copy and send it however you like.

For accountants, coaches and consultants

Your clients keep asking. Send them here.

If you already advise Australian small businesses, they are asking you about AI and websites and you are having to say it is not your area. It is ours. Send them over, we build it, you get paid for the introduction and your client stops asking you.

What you get

15% of year one

On everything the client pays, build and monthly, paid to you each month as it is collected. Or a flat $500 on a signed build if you would rather keep it simple.

What it costs you

Nothing

No exclusivity, no minimums, no reseller agreement to sign, no portal to log into. Send an email with a name in it.

What we do

Stay out of your lane

We build and support the software. We do not sell them your services, we do not touch your fee, and we tell you before we quote anything.

If it goes wrong

It is on us

You referred them, you did not warrant us. If we miss a date we say so to your client directly, so it never becomes your problem.

Referral fees are paid on collected revenue, not invoiced revenue, and stop if the client stops paying. That is the honest version. Anyone promising you a fee on signature is paying you out of money they have not been given yet.
